Basic technics - Recording audio
Before recording the required audio device and source signal are to be specified. Open Devices settings. By default program choose the first found audio device in your system, and if you have more audio devices installed, you can choose the required one. For setting source signal, press "
Set source signal". In opened dialog check the box at the required source signal (microphone, mixer etc.) and adjust its volume, if required.After initial setting up create new project. Record will begin after pressing button"
Record from current position" in the current project window During record the signal level for both channels is shown in project window. If in any channel the maximum level is shown continuously, the volume level is to reduce to prevent clipping.
